Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Louis P. Healey is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Allied Beverage Group with responsibilities for Financial Management, Purchasing and Retail Credit. Reporting to Lou is Diane Hunt, Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller, Aaron Silverman Vice President - Purchasing and Pricing ,Mary Derosa - Director of Retail Credit and Luisa Felipe, Manager of Financial Planning and Budgeting.
Lou began his alcoholic beverage industry experience when he joined the Jaydor Company in 1994 as its Chief Financial Officer. Through his disciplined approach, Jaydor improved its profitability and execution until it merged with Allied Beverage in 2001. Since then, Lou has serviced Allied in increasing areas of responsibility and titles.
Lou’s professional business experience began with 8 years of tax management positions with the Lummus Company, a worldwide engineering and construction firm serving the oil and petrochemical industry, followed by 12 years with Science Management Corporation, a publically traded professional services organization culminating in the position of Vice President of Finance for international operations.
Lou has served for 15 years as President of the Executive Committee of the Wine and Spirits Shippers Association ( WSSA), a trade association that provides Ocean Freight and Marine insurance to wholesalers across the United States.
In 2012 Lou was named as a NJBIZ ( New Jersey’s leading business journal) CFO of the Year finalist. He has also served for 15 years as a trustee of the Bayonne Board of Education.
Lou has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from St Peter’s University and a Master’s degree in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Lou has also been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey since 1979.
Lou and his wife, Cookie are live long residents of Bayonne, New Jersey. They have three adult children, Patrick, Shannon and Erin and seven grandchildren.
