2 oz. Matusalem 10yr Rum

1 oz. Lime Juice

.75 oz. Vanilla Simple Syrup

10-12 Mint Leaves

Top w/ Club Soda

Float Martell Blue Swift

Glass: Highball

Garnish: Mint Sprig

Procedure: Slap mint leaves and place in highball. Add juice, syrup, and rum. Fill with club soda to halfway. Add ice to the top. Carefully float BlueSwift Cognac on surface. Garnish with a mint sprig.

1 oz. St George California Citrus Vodka
1 oz. Deep Eddy Cranberry Vodka

1 oz. Cranberry Juice

.25 oz. Lime Juice

Glass: Martini

Garnish: Orange Peel & Rosemary Sprig

Procedure: Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

2 dash Chocolate Bitters
